INJECTOR
The injector is one of the important components of the fuel injection system of the automobile engine. Its main function is to atomize the fuel and spray it accurately into the combustion chamber, mixing it with air to provide good combustion conditions for the engine.

The injector is composed of needle valve, needle valve body, spring, plunger, etc. Its working principle is that the needle valve is pressed tightly against the valve seat by the preload force of the spring on the ball surface of the needle valve and the conical surface of the valve seat, forming a seal between the needle valve and the valve seat. When the fuel pressure acts on the needle valve through the small holes of the valve body and the valve seat, the needle valve lifts to a certain height under the action of the spring force. When the fuel pressure acting on the needle valve exceeds the spring force, the needle valve opens and the fuel is injected into the combustion chamber in the form of atomized spray.

The performance of the injector directly affects the combustion effect and fuel economy of the engine. If the injector is blocked or damaged, it will lead to uneven fuel injection, poor fuel atomization, engine power loss, increased fuel consumption and other problems. Therefore, regular cleaning and replacement of injectors are important measures to maintain good engine operation.

The cleaning of injectors usually uses spray cleaning agents or ultrasonic cleaning methods to remove carbon deposits and blockages on the injectors. If the injector is severely damaged, it needs to be replaced with a new injector. When replacing injectors, attention should be paid to selecting models and specifications that match the original vehicle, otherwise it may affect engine performance and lifespan.
